How to put on an elastic chest harness
- Hold it by the logo band with the O-ring facing forward and pull it over your head like a tank top.
- Settle the band flat under your pecs, then straighten the straps so they cross cleanly on your chest and back.
- Wear it on a bare chest with a jock below; to take it off, lift from the band and peel it back over your head.
