How to use a shower douche kit

1. Unscrew your shower head from the hose and screw your chosen nozzle on by its metal thread, hand-tight.
2. Set the water to lukewarm and the pressure low, and run it for a moment to check the flow.
3. Lube the nozzle and your hole with water-based lube, ease it into your ass, let a little water in, then slide it out and release over the toilet.
4. Repeat until it runs clear, then wash the nozzle and refit your shower head.

Care

Rinse all parts with warm water after each use, dry fully and store the pieces apart. Replace a nozzle that discolours or cracks.
