How to set up and use a shower douche kit before bottoming

1. Unscrew the showerhead, fit the diverter to the shower arm, put the head back on it, then screw the hose to the side outlet and the nozzle to the hose.
2. Set the water lukewarm and gentle before you switch the lever to the hose, then lube the nozzle.
3. Ease the nozzle into your ass, let a little water flow, take it out and release on the toilet. Repeat until it runs clear.
4. Flip the lever back and the shower is a shower again.

Care

Wash the nozzle and hose end with warm, soapy water or a toy cleaner, rinse, air dry and store clean and dry.
